Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hemp-fiber tags and labels are still attached and the garment is in original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
